Shipping confirmation and order tracking:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, duties and taxes:
- THENATIVEWALKERS is not responsible for any customs or taxes imposed on your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (duties, taxes, etc.) are the customer's responsibility.
Damages:
- THENATIVEWALKERS is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping company to file a claim.

Return Policy

Returns:
- You have 30 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. The item must be in its original packaging.

Refunds:
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you immediately of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
